Not much happened today, we went to see a Musk Ox and then moved to the Riverview RV Park in North Pole. The most interesting was the Musk Ox.
There were several there but this was the only one close enough to get good pictures. The others were in a field about a quarter of a mile away.
They kind of look like they wanted to be Buffaloes but forgot what Buffaloes looked like.
We are hoping to see some of them on our way to Prudhoe Bay tomorrow and the rest of the trip Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This will be my last post until we get back. I plan on taking the laptop with us and hope I’m not too worn out to write a blog each day. It is about 500 miles one way. We plan on going about 15 miles passed Coldfoot, Alaska to spend the first night and then will spend the second night in Deadhorse, Alaska. On the way back we will spend the third night at the same place we stayed the first night and will return sometime Sunday evening the 20th.
