Today was a look around, see what we want to do day and of course the girls had to look in most of the shops downtown. We drove out to look at the fish ladder at Falls Creek. Took some pictures but there weren’t any fish.
About 6pm we drove out to the Blind River. We had been told there might be black bears out there at low tide. The lady had all the information correct except for when low tide actually was. It was actually close to high tide when we got there. We saw some dead or dying salmon but no bears. We will probably try to go back when it is actually low tide.
It seems like such a waste but I guess it is nature’s way.
