American Basin

We went to American Basin today. It was beautiful. American Basin is a side trip off Cinnamon Pass. It is only about 1 1/2 miles off the trail and it is a little rough but not real bad. My "baby jeep" did just fine. It is pretty anytime but when the wild flowers are blooming, as they were today, it is fabulous. Bob and Nancy went with us and we took a picnic lunch. Great day! I took some pictures but I haven't downloaded them yet. Will post them later.
